RCS OTTAWA MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

The Ottawa Branch of the Royal Commonwealth Society is a Canadian registered education charity. We work to:

Promote youth empowerment, education, and advocacy about the Commonwealth, particularly within Canada’s youth and young leaders;

Support and promote the principles and values of the Commonwealth and Canada’s role in it, while increasing membership and interest in the work of the Ottawa branch;

Build alliances and partnerships at the local, regional, national and international level, within a broad community of interests, to promote awareness of RCS Ottawa and its work to promote Commonwealth values and principles.

In supporting life-long learning, RCS Ottawa strengthens communities by sharing information and knowledge on The Commonwealth; its values; and the insights, inspiration, and innovations related to the many issues that we face together.

Student (full-time under 25 years of age): FREE

Six-Month Trial (may not vote or hold office): FREE

Non-Resident (full voting member outside the National Capital Region) $20

Individual (may be purchased up to three years in advance): $45

Family (residing at the same address): $70

Corporate (for up to 8 people): $250

Life (full voting member; includes $400 tax receipt): $500

Donate (if you like our work): General Donation, RCS Ottawa Educational Fund, Sir Charles Gunning Bursary
