R&R for Life is a Workplace Wellness Program hosted during a weekend retreat. R&R is designed to equip you with vital strategies and practices to shift from a reactive to a resilient and resourceful mindset. You'll deepen understanding of the impact of workplace stress and discover effective ways to cut through daily stressors with heightened awareness, new perspectives and practical tools.

Join us on a 2.5 day weekend retreat as we together find better ways to understand and overcome work-related stress impacting daily job performance and effectiveness. Be ready to implement renewed insights and intentions, to lead with revitalized energy and commitment.
The R&R Weekend Retreat includes:

- 60 days or more prior to retreat: we offer a full refund, minus $50 administration fee
- Less than 60 days prior to retreat: we offer a 50% refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
- Two weeks prior to retreat: no refund available. If you are unexpectedly unable to make the course, contact us about potentially sending a colleague in your place.

Sylvia is an accredited Relationship Systems Coach/Facilitator; Spiritual Teacher/Mentor and Reiki Master.
Indy Batth: Integrating the latest in neuroscience and emotional intelligence, Indy engages clients in powerful, heart-centered conversations that cultivate health and wellbeing, inspire social change, tap into potential and passion, and open up new perspectives and possibilities. With over 20 years of experience working with leaders at all levels, Indy is deeply committed to exploring diversity and inclusion, authentic leadership, transition and change, and wellbeing. She has been called a compassionate change catalyst, and takes an inside-out approach to personal, social and professional transformation in a world desperate for a different way of being. Indy is a Certified Executive Coach, with advanced training as a Neuro-Transformational Coach. She is the Director of ikb Coaching & Consulting.
Lucy Shenouda: As an innovator and entrepreneur, Lucy has provided team leadership, operational know-how and marketing expertise to multiple industries in Canada, Egypt and the U.A.E. As a Coach, Lucy brings laser-like focus to conversations, fostering a resilient and resourceful mindset and culture. She co-designs and facilitates leadership development programs aimed to humanize, energize and mobilize workplace cultures. Lucy is a Leadership Coach, Mentor and Facilitator with over twenty-five years combined experience in technology-based businesses and full-service advertising agencies. She is an ICF accredited coach, experienced facilitator, engaging speaker and published author.
