Friday March 24, 7:00 -9:00 pm (formerly meeting at the Met) Important! We have outgrown our space. The new meeting location is now at the Vineyard Ottawa building - 51 Greenbank Rd., just south of Hwy 417 - Hosted by Love Ottawa and Quiet Pools - this event is for men and women. Come out to a refreshing, engaging and meaningful evening as we consider how Sabbath can joyfully deepen our walk with God and strengthen us as leaders. We all need more rest!

Cost: $10.00 per person, 15.00 per couple. Everyone is welcome, happening at the Vineyard Ottawa building, 51 Greenbank Rd., just south of Hwy 417 - Please note the location change!!!

Agenda: Special speaker Dr. David Barker from Heritage Seminary will give an inspiring talk on Sabbath. (He is an awesome speaker!), a refreshment break and then a panel of 5 guest leaders from Ottawa from different ages and circumstances will each give an interesting and practical 5 minute Ted Talk on how and when they try to practice Sabbath and what it looks like for them – including the challenges they face to overcome their own busyness.
