Event Information
About this Event
Product development requires alignment and coordination across many disciplines. As a Lean-Agile process emerges as the best product development framework, non-software disciplines struggle to see how their work fits into the new system. This talk shows how Lean-Agile principles and practices can apply in a hardware engineering context. We will discuss why hardware development’s participation in Agile adoption is critical to product innovation and business agility. And we will show how Agile principles apply to hardware development including cross-functional teams, allowing requirements and design to emerge, frequent integration, designing for change, and building quality in.
