Description

This is a four hour workshop for families supporting a loved one who struggles with mental health issues. Families will learn how to support their relative when they experience thoughts of suicide. You can expect to learn to:

- Notice and respond to thoughts of suicide

Recognize easy to miss invitations for help

ove beyond tendency to avoid or dismiss suicide
- Apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, Keep safe

Connect your loved one to help when in crisis
