Sake A to Z Tour in the Distillery

Learn all there is to know about sake with a Certified Sake Professional.
Meet at a central location and get the low-down on the Distillery Districts past as Canada’s largest whiskey producer, it’s decline post-prohibition, and it’s eventual conversion into an entertainment district.
We will visit a local bakery for tarts as well as one of Toronto’s best chocolate makers where you will get to try one of their renowned drinking chocolates in flavours praline, mayan, or traditional. Our final stop with edibles with be Toronto’s first and only sake brewery.
Your guide not only will provide your tour of the Distillery and sweet shops but also The Ontario Spring Water Sake Company, locally known as Izumi. You will learn how sake is made from start to finish and taste 4 different types of sake all made right on the premises in the Distillery District.
