Event description

Description

By popular request, Toronto Common and Eating Through TO will be offering a Sake A to Z tour!

Experience sake like never before! Sake is a brewed beverage made from rice, produced in Japan for centuries. On Sake A to Z learn all about the history of the drink, the unique terminology, styles, and grades with a certified sake professional.

Set in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, you’ll tour the area before delving into sake with a premium tasting flight of Japanese Sake paired with traditional ‘izakaya’ dishes from Boku Noodle Bar. This experience will put you in the ranks of true sake masters.

* Please note that weekends are busier and tour times may not be exact.

Eating Through TO proudly curates the best of Toronto's food scene through inventive food tourism and city guides.

They have hosted numerous tours around the city from Cocktails to Pastries to Izakayas and have certifications in both wine and sake.

Their partner company New World Wine Tours offers regular wine tasting tours in Niagara and Prince Edward County.
