Join Steve Janssens from the St. Lawrence College Innovation and Business Engagement department to explore strategies to get your business out of your head and into your customers’ minds. In this interactive workshop you’ll participate in activities that are designed to help you define your brand, your unique selling proposition and a unique frame of reference statement.

To get the most out of this workshop, it helps to have a clear view of your competition and your customer. Those who have taken part in Starting a Business 101 and Market Research 101 will gain the most value from this workshop.
