Overview: Sales Mastery is a dynamic, engaging workshop that leverages time-tested principles of selling. Sales Mastery is a practical, customer-focused, needs-based approach to selling.
Program Description: Sales Mastery is designed to improve sales productivity and results by helping sales people sell in a professional, consultative, and engaging way. The following topics are explored in-depth:
Building long-term relationships
Self-belief and positive mental attitude
Networking and planning effective sales contacts
Asking smart questions and listening for understanding
Developing a compelling message that relates product and solution benefits to customer needs
Handling objections and customer resistance
Gaining commitment and completing the sale
Preparing for competition

Prerequisite - Online Assessment:
After registering each attendee will receive by email an Everything DiSC Sales online assessment to complete. The questionnaire should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete and the results will be reviewed in class.
The Everything DiSC sales profile aids participants in understanding customer behavioral styles, and individual strengths and weaknesses in his or her approach to selling.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Registration is transferable to another person up to three business days prior to the scheduled training.
What is the dress code?

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
The hotel garage is heated, underground and secure. There are 68 spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Guest Parking Fees:
- Sunday through Thursday - $25.00 per night
- Friday and Saturday - $15.00 per night
- Hourly Parking $6.00 for the first hour or portion thereof, $2.00 for each additional 20 minutes up to a maximum of $25.00 from Monday through Friday, $5.00 Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm only.
