Sales Pipeline Mastery

Building on the principles of disciplined sales growth, this 90-minute session focuses on the systems that turn leads into revenue. Participants will learn how to design and manage a simple, effective sales pipeline, from lead generation to close and use daily Points-of-Contact to create consistent sales activity.

Through teaching, live laser-coaching, and practical exercises, Eleanor will guide founders in diagnosing where their pipelines may be leaking, strengthening follow-up systems, and clarifying the key metrics that keep sales momentum steady. Each participant will leave with a personalized plan to create reliable cash flow and measurable traction in their business.

An ONSIDE project, The Start Now Incubator supports Canadian women entrepreneurs trying to build or grow a business, with a focus and commitment to rural, indigenous, diverse, and underserved women.
