Salt Cave Sound Bath

This unique experience will be held at the beautiful and ultra purifying Saltwonder Himalayan Salt Cave Spa in North Vancouver.

Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) has been used for years as a natural treatment for many ailments including, infection, cold/flu, allergies, skin conditions, asthma, sinusitis, and many more conditions.

Enjoy this beautiful union of Salt and Sound therapy to help promote ultimate wellness for your mind, body and spirit.

With a combination of healing frequencies and the beautiful salt cave, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body.

These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may also experience an "out of body," or floating sensation.

Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Anyone arriving late will not be permitted to attend. Please come dressed comfortably and bring with you a yoga mat and pillow/bolsters, there are also recliner chairs available for use if you’d prefer. You’re welcome to lay directly on the salt if you’d like as well. An eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.
