Busienss / Vendor Registration (vendor tables)

Background - Similar event produced in March of 2016 - It was sold out event with 300 tickets sold.
New venue capacity at the Radisson - 350 guests.
Vendor Fee is $75 + HST + $75 Value Door Prize for the Raffle Bags the Fire Fighters will sell. If you want to add a Coupon to the bags you are invited to do so. Coupons should be printed no larger than a business card size.
Coupons can be dropped off no later than 8pm on October 15th to ensure they are placed in the bags. We cannot guarantee coupons to be placed after this date. Please email us with you coupon suggestion for pre-approval.
What is included in the table fee. - 1 x 8' Table - 2 Chairs.
What is not included. Please bring a linen to cover your table (to the floor) Fire rated linen must be rented. Where to rent: Sudbury Steam or Pete rental. Please keep your certificate provided by your supplier with you at all times.
Vendors Loading Bay - At top of Ramp (Right hand side) Please pull to the side, (unload items at door and please move your car for the next vendor to unload. Do not leave your car parked or proceed to setting up your table until you items are fully unloaded and your car is removed from the unloading area. We are here to make everyone experience pleasant.
Booth sharing - multiple businesses
Vendors may only sell and promote products & services for the busienss of which they have registered for. Multiple companies / booth sharing is not permitted. If you have another company you would like to represent, we aske that you puchase a 2nd table.
