Create own homemade sausages. From grinding fresh meat and stuffing the casings, Angelo will work with you to create delicious, artisan sausage, and share his method of making wine-infused sausages. Once the sausages are made, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labour at the table.
Classes held at Grano Ristorante will be complemented by a glass Prosecco and stuzzichini and a glass of wine with your dinner. Additional wine can be purchased.
