About this event
There will be two films presented in this event. There will be a short film (A father's son) by Patrick Chen. Then, the main film (Saving Chinatown) by Jimmy Chan.
A father's son film is talking about NYPD Detective Jack Yu investigates the murder of a teenage boy involved in a turf war while in search for the victim's family to deliver a shattering message that brings forth his own conflicted past.

Following the success of the documentary "Saving Chinatown - The Rise of the Dragons", director Jimmy Chan presents the second chapter of his documentary series "Saving Chinatown", exploring the forgotten history of the first Chinese immigrants in Montreal, through unedited testimonials from members of the Chinese community.
