Event description

Description

The Paisley Notebook's creator and Western Living Magazine's 2015 'Foodie of the Year', Aman Dosanj, is celebrating Slow Food's Terre Madre Day on Sunday, December 10 with her last pop up dinner of the year.

Join us for a night of edible storytelling inside at the beautiful Caldwell Heritage Farm in Kelowna. The 4-course Indian-inspired menu is inspired by Aman's food memory project called 'Say It Like You Eat It', each course inspired by the Slow Food delegates and farmers from Aman's trip to Terra Madre in 2016. This dinner is extra special because 100% of profits wlll be donated to Leonel Mabavan, a friend from Slow Food Mozambique who shared he's been pulled out of his Agronimist Engineering course because his family can no longer afford it. Together we will help Leonel complete his education. Ticket price includes beverages for the table.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't even be shared until the course is up - because food should be a surprise. Arrive at 5:00pm for a 5:30pm dinner (please and thank you).
