The Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario (SCAGO) will hold its annual general meeting on February 12, 2022. We encourage all stakeholders to attend, including patients and caregivers/families, care providers, industry partners, collaborators, and policy makers.

Membership: Members in good standing are eligible to vote at this meeting. To become a member, complete the application process here.

Donors: Donors of $250 or more are conferred membership in the giving year. If you donated $250 or more in 2021, you will receive an invitation to attend the AGM. You do not need to pay membership dues.

Proxy: Members who may not be able to attend need the proxy to appoint the president, or failing her, the secretary or someone else as a proxy, with the power of substitution, to attend and vote on their behalf. To advise of the substitution, kindly request for a proxy form before February 1st, 2022 at: info@sicklecellanemia.ca.

The deadline to register is February 10, 2022.
