About this Event
Self Confidence
Today we have many roles which have very vocal and sometimes well “defined” expectations of success. These conscious and subconscious expectations are constant challenges to self-confidence, especially for women.
Whether it is the role of leader, mentor, parent, child or friend, how we define success and the role self-confidence plays in it is inextricably linked. Success, it turns out, correlates just as closely with confidence as it does with competence.
Through her experiences as a global executive and entrepreneur, Andrea Johnson will share why self-confidence is on-going 'job' but also discuss the ways in which we can harness, and believe in, our own personal power to succeed.
