My name is Sarah. I am a Mum, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a nurturer by natural trade and I am a Tony Robbin's Madanes Life Coach in training. My previous career was managing my own Paramedic business contracting to the oil and gas industry for over 13years. Today I am a Wellness Advocate rooted from my own health issues.
I manage my own daily ADHD symptoms and I was diagnosed at age 43. I have now been taking medication for it and WOW!! What a major shift in my life!! I also manage my anxiety disorder and PTSD. I had no idea I even had ADHD until I was in the ER having a mental and physical breakdown. Up until my body crashed I was successful at anything I set my mind to and yes I was a hard worker but who isn't? Yes I was always tired but who isnt?
Shortly after my diagnosis my child was diagnosed with ADHD. After years of living the complicated life of having a scattered mind, I am at a space in my life where I can start sharing my successes with others so I can help those with similar struggles. My first lesson coming out of this is pay attention to your body when it is giving you warnings that you are living life in the wrong direction!! Second lesson is I work only as hard as my clients do at finding their own intutitive path to living their own definition of peace, calm and a balanced life. Emotional regulation is key especially when uncovering your deep unconscious life patterns. Let's meet and see if we can't find some new tools you can use to support your mental and physcial health needs!
