Description

Open to University of Alberta alumni and the public.

Science FUNday is a FREE annual science exhibition featuring over 75 interactive demonstrations, presentations, and tours. They range from chemistry, physics, physiology, botany, computing sciences, math, and much more. Lots of hands-on, interactive activities—make your own LED bookmark, extract DNA from strawberries, make cube satellites, play a banana piano and even build your own harmonica!

Light snacks and refreshments will provided.

Register by March 1, 2017 to save your spot. Capacity limited.

Two admission times are available. Please register for morning or afternoon admission*. Registered guests will only be allowed entry for the time they are registered. Morning attendees will not be asked to leave in the afternoontimes are just our way of spreading attendance out over the whole day.

  • Morning (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • Afternoon (1 p.m. – 4 p.m.)

*Your admission ticket does not include registration for lab and museum tours. Tour registration is available the day of the event. As there is limited space available, tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
