This field study is taught at a Grade 5 level, it is a full-day, environment-based curriculum designed to teach students environmental stewardship and responsibility. Developed with specific life science learning outcomes, the program offers students a chance to explore and appreciate their natural surroundings. They will develop a better understanding of the environment, salmon habitat, human impact, and renewable and re-usable resources.

Students attend a full day workshop, outdoors from 9:30-2:15. Field Studies occur, regardless of the weather.
