About this event
This is a private tasting for 10 guests with artist Ben Skinner and Lauren Kemp who will be leading a scotch tasting supported by Diageo Reserve.
Ben Skinner's artistic practice employs foil, flocking, plaster, vinyl lettering, plastics, neon and mirror, to produce highly polished, quasi-fetish objects that explore the nature of language through the use of text and materiality. Skinner applies his hand to concepts that are by turn ironic, witty, introspective and questioning. Throughout this evening in our restored historic boardroom, built in the 1920's in the Art Deco style, Skinner and Kemp with share the hidden notes, subtle textures and poetry in language and scotch, for a truly unique experience .
