Event description

Description

You are warmly invited to this special screening of "Light to the World," a film that was released late last year in commemoration of the 200th birthday of Bahá’u’lláh.

Inspired by the life and teachings of Bahá’u’lláh, millions of people worldwide celebrated the 200th anniversary of His birth on the 21st and 22nd of October 2017. (https://bicentenary.bahai.org/)

Throughout history, God has revealed Himself to humanity through a series of divine Messengers, each of whom has founded a great religion. The Messengers have included Abraham, Krishna, Zoroaster, Moses, Buddha, Jesus, and Muhammad.

The latest of these Messengers is Bahá’u’lláh, who brings new spiritual and social teachings for our modern age. He taught that there is only one God, that all of the world’s religions are from God, and that now is the time for humanity to recognize its oneness and unite. (https://www.bahaullah.org/)

The film will be followed by a Q&A session.

Synopsis:
