Season and Supply- Spring Farm to Table Dinner

Start the evening off in the warm and charming greenhouse right amongst the freshly grown produce - welcomed with a signature cocktail. The 60 seat cozy dinner created by a local chef will consist of 5 spring inspired courses all thoughtfully paired with locally crafted beer, wine and spirits - everything served throughout the dinner will be grown/raised locally by responsible farms/farmers - and of course - in season. Live music will add to the ambiance of the evening - celebrating the season and supply of Alberta springtime.
