Description

The Second Annual Commercial Law Symposium will be a one-day event held at the College of Law on Saturday, September 30, 2017.

The format will involve the presentation of papers and commentary on the paper by panel members and the audience. Set out below is the list of papers and their authors.

Students at the College of Law, practitioners, members of the University community and the public are welcome to attend. There is no registration fee, however, prior registration is required.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan has allocated 6 CPD hours for attendance at the Symposium.

The Symposium will be held in the MLT Aikins Lecture Theatre (Rm.150), College of Law, University of Saskatchewan, 15 Campus Drive, Saskatoon.
