Unplug, re-charge and re-discover the joy of nature connection. Join one of our October forest wellness walks to slow down and notice the turning of the season and the teachings available when we tune in to nature's rhythms.

Give yourself time to listen, to breathe and to simply be. Prepare to be suprised by the gifts the forest has to offer you.


Research shows that forest therapy (also known as "forest bathing") helps you de-stress and move into a state of relaxation that supports your health and wellbeing. Accessing the forest medicine can offer new insights that help us re-connect with our true selves.

Forest Therapy Guide Andrea Prazmowski will offer a sequence of “invitations” to help quiet your mind, slow down, and awaken fully to the experience of being in the forest. This isn't a strenuous hike. We move slowly and pause often, and cover a short distance. The walk ends with tea and refreshments.
