  • Learn effective strategies that will support you through the job search process

Job search benefits include:

  • Stress relief

  • Personal growth

About the Facilitator:

Kim Adlard is a student with the Social Services Worker program at George Brown College and is with Times Change on a practicum placement. As a "seasoned adult", Kim has returned to school as part of a career reinvention process after experiencing a job layoff during cancer treatment. Self-care has become a crucial part of life for Kim. She plans to incorporate self-care and mindfulness practices into the community sector work she will be engaging in.

If you require accomodations to fully participate in this workshop, please let us know in advance.
