SELF-CARE: Improving the Quality of Everyday Life in English (Online)

In our everyday life, all of us make such an effort through physical means to satisfy our intangible needs, such as peace, love and happiness. However, our mind and body are two unique & distinct entities, and thus our mental needs can only be satisfied through non-physical means. Our sessions take a deep dive into exploring, understanding, experiencing and implementing ways to satisfy our mind’s needs, ultimately improving the overall quality of everyday life. These sessions are facilitated by young adults, but open to all ages.

All programs and services are offered free of charge as a community service.  Open to all.  No experience required.
