About this event
SELF CARE/SELF-COMPASSION FOR PARENTS…BEYOND BUBBLE BATHS
Getting to the sources of stress, anxiety and triggers.
This very practical workshop will be facilitated within the principle that “you cannot water a garden with an empty watering can”. It will be a 1.5 hour Zoom workshop that will be helpful to parents or caregivers of children aged newborn to 5 years old.
Having young children is an enormous adjustment from your life before having kids. And whether we like it or not, we are in charge! So whatever is going on for us, impacts our whole family.
This workshop will be pragmatic and realistic in supporting parents to figure out what’s missing… how to address the sources of your;
Triggers (Ever notice that stuff that didn’t bother you before, drives you nuts now?)
Anger (Going deeper than the Band-Aid solutions.)
Shifting Values
Changing Priorities
Feeling Compromised
Come with a problem in mind, as there will be opportunity for you to work on something that you are currently dealing with.
