Self-Care Strategies - YOUTH

About this Event

The Self-Care Strategies workshop looks at the importance for self-care in the midst of these challenging times. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by emotions and experience stress in the midst of uncertainty. We will explore positive methods for self-care and discuss how these methods can be implemented practically and consistently. We will focus on building a self-care plan and discuss how to use self-care to maintain healthy levels of stress. There is focus on intentional self-care and the importance of that at any age.
