About this event

Join facilitator, Michelle Falcone for a series of 4 mindfulness workshops.

The same soothing self-care techniques aren’t working anymore and you're still feeling stuck and defeated and depleted. We need to build our support network to help us learn some new ways of coping and getting the supports you need. You’re here because you're ready to be the parent you WANT to be with some guidance, some support, some tools and your circle of support.

Pre-registration for this parent mindfulness and self care support circle is required and a commitment to attending all four sessions.

Tuesdays 8:00 – 9:00 pm virtually on Zoom.
