The session will give you a glimpse of the power of the human mind, take you through a short guided meditation, and participate in some breathing exercises and yoga postures to help you feel better. All that is needed is an open mind ready to learn. You can book this time off for yourself.
The session will be facilitated by registered healthcare professionals on a mission to empower individuals live their best lives. They have supported the most vulnerable individuals in Toronto’s top hospitals and the Greater Toronto Area over the past three decades, and knew it was time to develop more comprehensive services that support and foster the health needs of our community proactively.
