About this event
During the six weeks you can expect gentle restorative yoga poses, exploring a variety of sequences like Warrior or Goddess and seated poses as well as breathwork (pranayama); maybe advancing to new peak yoga poses when you feel ready. We will practice sun salutation before flowing it out, perhaps a few balancing poses then cooling down to gentle and restorative shapes. The goal is for your self care and self love. Open to beginners and advance practitioners.
Classes run between February 19- March 26th 2022, from 9 am-10am, every Saturday.
Restriction Exemption Program in Effect for event. Proof of Vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test along with photo ID will be required prior to entry.
