Are you wanting to work on how to be a more effective teacher when dealing with diversity and equity in the classroom? BC TEAL and SIETAR are continuing the Self-Study in Language and Pedagogy through an Intercultural and Racially Aware Lens.
This series has shifted to a book club approach to exploring diversity, equity, inclusion in adult education. We would ask you to purchase or get the book "Becoming a Critically Reflective Teacher" by Stephen Brookfield from the library prior to our first meeting. We will be discussing Chapter 1,2 &3 of the text.
