Description

Promoting seniors’ health is important at St.
Joseph’s Health Centre. Seniors are an important
patient demographic in our catchment area, it is
vital for providers to stay up to date on the latest
information in seniors’ health. The goal of this
program is to enable primary care physicians,
specialists, and inter professional providers to
appreciate and utilize optimal strategies in caring
for their geriatric patients. This program will
include lectures and interactive opportunities for
attendees to discuss cases and clinical
questions with experts in a variety of specialities
in seniors’ health management.
