Call out FOR SENIORS MENTORING ENTREPRENEURS
The Seniors Mentoring Entrepreneurs program is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to give insight for other aspiring entrepreneurs. Skills for Change is presently looking for mature volunteer mentors (50+) to mentor and guide new entrepreneurs to reach their goals.
Mentoring sessions will require a comittement of 2 hours per week, starting in December 2016 and ending in March 2017.

Do you have?
Demonstrated accomplishments in developing, implementing and evaluating your business
- Working knowledge or experience in entrepreneurship
Your responsibilities would include:
Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs
Meet on a weekly basis with your mentees (1-2 hour/week)
Arrange the time and location with your mentees
Develop and maintain supportive relationships with your mentee
Discuss and answer any questions they may have
Provide or assist your mentee with an action plan to aid them in starting their own business
Share experiences or advices that will benefit them in the future
