Pucker up as Jill shows you how to incorporate the sunny flavours of citrus into a wide variety of wonderful dishes. She’ll start the evening with an Asian jicama and grapefruit salad, followed by a light and warming tomato, lime and cilantro soup. The main course will be a roasted white fish with a fennel and orange salsa. For dessert, Jill will treat you to a decadent lemon cream with fresh berries.
