About the sessions
Through Sahaja Yoga meditation, we awaken our inner energy that gently brings about positive change within us – we feel more balanced, peaceful and joyous. As you participate in the daily sessions, you will notice the gap between your thoughts increasing and you will feel more relaxed, peaceful and spiritual.
Who can Join?
All are welcome – Beginners and Regular meditators.

This course aims to guide you on your journey within, through progressively deepening meditation experience and knowledge over the three-week period. Workshops and one-on-one help will be available to support your meditation practice and deepen your connection with your spirit.
