Join us for our in-person Sunday Morning Gathering! Bring your family for a time of Worship, Word, Prayer and fellowship, this Sunday, at 10:30am. Note: Due to the current covid spike, strict safety protocols are currently being enforced. With this in mind masks are required at ALL times while in the building. If you have a mask exemption, we are asking you to enjoy the service from the comfort of your home during this season. NO exceptions will be allowed.

NOTE:

• Attendees will have to be screened for COVID-19 prior to entering the building. Screening will begin half-an hour (10am) in advance. (We'll ask you a few questions and check your temperature).
• Attendees are required to wear masks while in the building. We have provided sanitization stations throughout the building for your use.
• Send an email to servecityrsvp@gmail.com if you'd like to cancel your ticket.

What To Expect:

- When you arrive, please line up, socially distanced, on the stairs.

- After completing your screening/check in, you can proceed to the door entrance.

- Upon entry, you will be guided by our Connection team to your seats.

- Upon dismissal, you will be directed to the exit door and will be able socialize outside.

All ticket holders agree to be screened upon entry. All ticket holders understand that they may be refused entry if they do not meet screening requirements.

According to the municipal regulations, all ticket holders agree to wear a mask while in ServeCity Church building.

By reserving tickets, you accept the following terms and conditions:

PERMISSIONS, WAIVER & RELEASE. In case of an emergency, I grant permission to ServeCity Church personnel/worker to act on my behalf and authorize ServeCity Church to administer medical treatment if necessary. I understand and agree that any medical situation is for my complete account and waive any claim for any liability or compensation in the event of any such medical expense. I release and forever discharge and hold harmless ServeCity Church from any liability, claim and demands of whatever kind of nature, which may arise in my participation of all services and programs.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE. I grant and convey to ServeCity Church all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video and audio recording during attendance or participation in all services and programs.

COVID-19 is highly contagious and is known to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. By attending ServeCity Church, you agree to abide by the procedures established by the church to protect attendees and staff, and you voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending ServeCity Church. You agree to assume all the risks of attendance and participation for you and your family, and you waive any liability against the church and any other parties.
