This interactive module is aimed at giving leaders an overview of the information their staff will receive in the 5 Service Excellence Modules for Employees. The focus for leaders will include discussions about how to coach your staff on the concepts taught; enabling you to embed learning that takes place in the classroom, into their work environment.
Target Audience: ALL Leaders in the organization (including professionals and above)
