This interactive module is about taking 100% responsibility for yourself and the attitude that you convey every time you come into contact with a client (internal or external).  We will discuss how to create a friendly, low-pressure, and high service environment for your clients, while keeping yourself productive and service-oriented throughout your day.

Target Audience: All staff

Note* Professionals and above may attend the Service Excellence for Leaders Session instead*
