Description

This four-hour workshop that examines relationships with customers and teaches participants skills that lead to enhanced bottom lines, better service experiences and increased pride in service. It will be facilitated by Rod White.

This event is in conjunction with the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Week.


8:00AM - 8:30AM - Light Breakfast

8:30AM - 12:30PM - Workshop

Refreshment break will also be provided.


Rod White

Rod White has been a contract trainer with NSTHRC for over 25 years. In addition to delivery of NSTHRC/TIANS Service Excellence workshops, Rod also has extensive experience facilitating specialized programs to at risk groups as well as secondary and post-secondary students. He is one of our main facilitators for programs in Indigenous communities across Nova Scotia. Rod is a National Certified Tourism Trainer.
