Session Two: Getting to Know You - With Loving Kindness and Curiosity

Our lives are busy. We are inundated with stimulation and yet despite the busyness we can feel alone and separate from the world. Feelings such as overwhelm, anxiety, irritability and sadness are often indications that we are out of alignment with our own innate wisdom.

What to Expect:

Before we can feel whole and engaged we must be curious towards ourselves from a place of loving kindness. Learning how to be open and allow whatever experience to be present is one of the first steps towards healing and empowerment.
