don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless
immensity of the sea."
- Antoine de Saint-Exupery
SFU postdocs are inventors. SFU postdocs are philosophers, writers, travellers, scientists, teachers, engineers, poets, designers. SFU postdocs study the cosmos, the air, seas and land, energy and matter, living things, the human mind, culture and organization, and their relationships. SFU postdocs THINK BIG and are on THE CUTTING EDGE. We will be celebrating these accomplishments at this year’s Postdoc Research Day.
The aim of this event is to showcase the Vision and Innovation SFU Postdoctoral Fellows achieve through their research. The day will include talks, posters, exhibits, inventions and more, all presented by SFU postdocs! We also feature a keynote address by Dr. Jennifer Gardy, SFU alumni and guest host of one of Canada’s most beloved television programs, “The Nature of Things”.
Watch the talks, explore the exhibits, be part of the community.
Come and learn about how SFU Postdocs are changing the world.
