Details: Spend the evening learning, or showcasing, how to shoot clay targets with a shotgun, followed by supper, draws, and socialization. Don't worry about getting a sore shoulder/cheek from the kick, we have special guns & shells that are designed to minimize recoil. You will be shooting with experienced supervisors who will ensure the safety of everyone while making this a very exciting and enjoyable evening.
Location: Saskatoon Gun Club - From Saskatoon, travel east on Hwy #5 to Old 27 Road. Turn north on Old 27 Road, then go 5.63 km north to Gun Club Road. Turn east onto Gun Club Road and go to the T-junction at the end (3.2 km), then turn right to the range. or Latitude 52.190628, Longitude -106.308353.
What to wear: weather-appropriate shirt, jeans/shorts/skirt, runners/boots/closed shoes/sandals. For safety reasons, try to stay away from flip flops, slides, or high heels as they do not provide adequate footing/support. Additionally, avoid loose-fitting tops (e.g., baggy sweaters, scarfs, shawls, wraps) as they often get in the way of the butt of the gun when shouldering it, also a safety concern. You can wear regular glasses or sunglasses for protection.
What to bring: Bring cash for special ticket draws, a positive attitude, and a willingness to have fun.
