Sharing & Caring Circle

Overview

A year-end circle for genuine connection and honest sharing, helping you release what’s heavy and head into the holidays feeling less alone.

Join Our Sharing & Caring Circle!

2025 has been intense globally and personally. Before the new year sweeps in, we’re gathering to release what’s no longer serving us, reconnect with others, and remember that we don’t have to carry everything by ourselves. This in-person circle offers a space to pause before the year wraps up. It’s a chance to release what no longer feels useful, settle your footing, and remember that you’re part of a community of people navigating their own turning points.

This is a storytelling-style circle focused on real presence and community care. No fixing, no advice-giving, no “shoulds.” And to be absolutely clear: this is not therapy. It’s a human space to breathe, share, and feel supported.

We’ll begin with a simple breath to arrive, followed by a grounding prompt to help you ease into the space. You’ll move through two rounds of open, honest sharing, with the option to connect with others for deeper conversation. We’ll end with a short closing ritual to help you carry a sense of clarity and steadiness into the rest of December and the new year.

What to Expect:

  • A gentle welcome and breath to settle
  • A grounding prompt
  • Two rounds of spacious, story-style sharing
  • A closing ritual to help you leave feeling lighter

Who It’s For:
Anyone moving through a midlife shift, identity questions, a career change, relationship transitions, or the general uncertainty this year has brought.

Come as you are. Leave with a clearer head and a renewed sense of connection!
