In this 2-part hands-on workshop series, you’ll first learn tips and best practice advice on how to maximize your customer outreach. Then you’ll learn how best to engage with them, both online and in-person and close the business once you do.

The first seminar, which dives deeply into your target customer and explores their experience with you and your brand, offers a combination of presentation and hands on learning.

At the end of this seminar, you’ll leave with:

  • A written profile of your ideal customer
  • Tools to improve your visibility online
  • Practice and resources for creating a Content (editorial) Calendar to be more efficient and effective with the time you spend marketing on Social Media

November Workshop

Sharing your Creative Vision – How to Effectively Engage with Your Customer to Close More Sales

Date: Saturday, November 17, 2018
Time: 1pm-3pm
Cost: $100 (Members) or $125 (Non-Members)

This second seminar will offer tips and advice around the sales process; how to talk and engage effectively with your customers to close more business, whether responding to a private inquiry, at a show or selling to a gallery.

At the conclusion of this seminar, you’ll leave with:

  • An understanding of the differences in the types of customer relationships you have, the different language used, best tone and nuances to include as well as the expected outcomes with each target group (B2B & B2C opportunities)
  • First meeting checklist for meeting with galleries and wholesalers
  • An understanding of the sales process to help you increase retail opportunities, get more business, and close more sales

Betty Hasker

Betty is an entrepreneur and senior level manager with expertise and knowledge in a wide breadth of industries. She has spent much of her career teaching creative entrepreneurs how to grow to the next level, whether that means increasing online influence, acquiring more leads, or growing a customer base.

Glorie Averbach

Glorie is a business coach and tech entrepreneur with career experience in business development, marketing and brand strategy, as well as operational execution. Glorie is an analytical team player and leader, with a positive and "nothing is impossible" attitude who excels in team and relationship building.
