On Saturday July 22nd at 10:30am, join Norman Hardie, Thomas Bachelder, Mackenzie Brisbois (Trail Estate) and Jean-Benoit Deslauriers (Benjamin Bridge) for an afternoon feast at the Wismer family farm cooked by superstars John Bil (Honest Weight) and Charlotte Langley (Scout Canning).

This is a true grower lunch celebrating all things Canadian. Norm, Thomas and Mackenzie will be showcasing two vintages each of Chardonnay crafted from the Wismer farm. Our great friends from East Coast producer Benjamin Bridge will start off this relaxed celebratory lunch with their acclaimed bubbles.

John Bil and Charlotte Langley will prepare a feast showcasing the best Canada has to offer, including oysters, fresh Ontario lake trout and, believe it or not, Ontario shrimp, as well as fire roasted pigeon and seasonal produce. To finish, local cheese and a seasonal fruit inspired dessert.

Price includes transportation to and from the venue from Niagara College, a guided vineyard tour with the winemakers and the vineyard manager of Wismer Vineyards, all food and wine as well as tax and gratuity.

This will be a very relaxed, down to earth, family-style celebration.

Shuttles will depart from the main parking lot at Niagara College, 135 Taylor Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, at 10:30am sharp. We will tour the Wismer vineyards with the winemakers before heading to the barn for lunch. Casual and lightweight attire recommended.
