Living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can feel like being trapped in a private, perfect storm. It can profoundly impact many aspects of a person’s life, including one’s ability to feel truly connected to others. In this free event, Winnipeg OCD welcomes two experts to talk about this crucial but often-overlooked topic.

Dr. Lindsay Woods, Ph.D, C. Psych, will discuss experiences and realities of Indigenous clients and the implications for OCD, from her perspective as a clinician with a mixed Indigenous/settler background. Zachary Moses, a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts, will provide insights into working with clients with OCD using Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, a deeply interpersonal therapeutic modality.
