CineVic presents the 7th annual Short Circuit Film Festival, May 3+4 in Victoria BC!
We'll start it all off with local and international shorts and docs, live pitches from our 2019 CINESPARK Top 5 screenwriters, and a party high atop the Chateau Victoria. Get up close and personal with our guest filmmakers from near and far in a round-robin filmmakers panel. Enjoy some shorts from BC's lower mainland, and an entire program dedicated to homegrown Victoria films.
