About this event
Flash fiction is hot and getting hotter. If you've been wanting to dip your pen in the excitement of flash fiction or you want to hone your already considerable skills, check out this workshop with Finnian Burnett. Finn will take writers through the process of unraveling the structure of a flash piece to create an excellent story every time. Come prepared to write.
Bio:
Finnian Burnett teaches undergraduate English, British literature, and creative writing. When they're not procrastinating grading student essays, Finn loves writing flash fiction, mentoring flash fiction writers, and talking about flash fiction. Finn has published in the Bath Flash Fiction Award anthology, Reflex Press, Daily Science Fiction, Ekphrastic Journal and more. They live in BC with their wife, and Lord Gordo, the cat.
